Biography of DNAC Director

I am Carlos Conceicao, born in Ainaro Municipality on November 5, 1964. From Father Mario Conceicao and Mother Maria Conceicao. I am the father of 3 children. I finished my university in 2012 in Jogjakarta-Indonesia at UGM University. I graduated from university and continued to work in the Environment during UNAMET until today. in 2022 to 2024 I am the Head of Department in the Pollution Control Department and I assume a new position as director of climate change in 2025 and will be active as Director.
