Biography of DNCP Director

Arlindo Silveira was born in Liaruka on Jully 04, 1975, married and currently living in Dili Becora. He completed his studies with a Bachelor's degree and started working in 2009, becoming a permanent public servant in 2012. He took on the role of Chief of the Management and Environment Planning Department at the National Directorate for Pollution Control in 2019, and in 2023 he returned to the position of National Director for Pollution Control(DNCP).
